                                              Herbal Tea :





Ingredients: 1. Kashmiri Green Tea – four tea spoon
                      2. Saffron – five pinches
                       3. Cardamoms – two, slightly crushed
                       4. Almonds – eight, chopped
                       5. Cinnamon Stick – one
                       6. Clove – one
                       7. Sugar or Honey – two table spoon

Method:  First of all Boil 3 cups of water along with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
                Add in the tea.
                 Let it simmer in low flame for 12 minutes.
                 Meanwhile, dissolve saffron in a teaspoon of water.
                 Strain the tea and add the saffron liquid together with crushed almonds.
                 Sweeten with sugar or honey as required to taste.




Benefits : Studies have found that herbal tea may 
help with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes; encourage weight loss;
lower cholesterol; and bring about mental alertness. 
Tea also appears to have antimicrobial qualities.
Harbal tea also have caffeine and theanine, 
which affect the brain and seem to heighten mental alertness.





Vegetable Juice :





Ingredients: 1. 150 gms of patta gobhi (Cabbage)
                     2. One nimbu (lemon)
                     3. 25 gms  ajmoda shaak (celery)
                     4. 250 gms naashpati (pear)
                     5. One and half inch of ginger
                     6. 500 ml fresh water.
                     7. four to five leaves of pudina (mint)

Method: First of all chop the pear,cabbage, celery and ginger
               into small pieces and blend all of it for one minute
               then add a cup of water. Then add the lemon juice.
               Serve the juice with mint.





Tips :-  Wash vegetables with vinegar and water 
to drastically reduce exposure to pesticides.
Fill a bowl with water and add 1/6 to 1/2 cup of vinegar,
 depending on the size of your bowl.
Place your veggies in the bowl.
Soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
Rinse with water.


Health Juice :





Ingredients: 1. Two grapefruits
                      2. One medium-sized beetroot
                      3. One green apple
                      4. One small lemon
                      5. One and half inch ginger root

Method:  Wash all the ingredients cleanly.
                 Put them in a mixer.
                 After five minutes the juice is ready.


Benefits : Fruits are not only delicious but healthful too. 
Rich in vitamins A and C, plus folate and other essential nutrients,
they may help prevent heart disease and stroke, control blood pressure and 
cholesterol,
prevent some types of cancer and guard against vision loss.

Fresh or frozen, fruit is one of Mother Nature’s most amazing foods.

Cabbage Cucumber Grape Juice recipe:



Ingredients: 1/2 head purple cabbage, 2 large cucumbers,
                       2 handfuls purple grapes.


Method : First of all wash all the ingredients thoroughly with fresh water.
                 Juice the cabbage. Put cucumbers and grapes in a juicer and make
                 juice.Then drink immediately.Time for a glass of Cabbage Cucumber Grape Juice.
 



Benefits : It may surprise you to hear that the humble grape is actually considered to be a berry.
As far as 8,000 years ago grape vines were first cultivated in what is now the Middle East.
Migraine can be cured using grapes. In fact,
 ripe grape juice is an age old home
remedy for migraine.
The ripe juice should be taken pure,
without adding water to it early in the morning.

amyloidal-beta peptides in patients who suffer from Alzheimer’s disease.
Grapes help in preventing dyspepsia.             

Green Detox Juice :




Ingredients: one 1/4 (chopped) spinach leaves, 1 cup chilled orange juice,
1/4 cup (chopped) mint, 2 medium ribs celery (finely chopped), 1/4 cup
(chopped) flat-leaf parsley.
Method: First combined all ingredients in a mixer.
               Keep blending it gently.
               Until it is a smooth puree.
Your green detox juice is ready to serve.
